The buyer-an individual must provide their personal data: first name, last name, phone number, email address, postal address and delivery address. This information can be provided by the Buyer each time when placing an order or when registering once in the online store.
1.2 The protection of the Buyer's natural personal data is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data and other applicable legal acts.
1.3. By confirming these rules when forming an order, the Buyer agrees that the data provided to them will be processed in this online store for the purpose of analyzing the Seller's activities and direct marketing. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail address specified by the Buyer information messages necessary for ordering the goods will be sent to the e-mail address and / or phone number.
1.4. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, with the exception of the listed partners, as well as in cases provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.6. The data provided during the purchase or registration and necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations will be stored for the entire warranty period of the purchased goods. The data required for debt management is stored until debt collection, but no longer than 10 (ten) years. If the personal data is changed, the Buyer must update it. The Buyer is fully responsible for the consequences caused by incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
2. FINAL PROVISIONS
2.1. If the Seller's online store contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or persons, the Seller is not responsible for their activities, the information provided on the websites, does not control and does not control these websites.
